Fundamentals 1: This class focuses on the fundamental techniques, movements, and positions of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. It gives you a solid foundation that you can later build on with more advanced techniques. Geared towards beginners and anyone who wants to work on their basics. Ages 12+
Fundamentals 2: Building on the basic movements and positions, this class is for begginers taking a closer look at the little details of the basic positions, as well as to get a chance to do more live rolling. One stripe white belts and above required to attend.
Intermediate: Bridging the gap between Fundamental 2 and advanced, this class will expose our less experienced practitioners to higher level training partners and to some of the more advanced positions. Recommended two stripe white belts and above.
