MMA (Mixed Martial Arts)

Our MMA class combines striking, wrestling, and jiu-jitsu to teach you how to fight effectively in all ranges. You'll learn how to blend techniques from boxing, Muay Thai, wrestling, and BJJ into a cohesive game plan, with a focus on transitions between stand-up and ground fighting. Training includes drills, pad work, controlled sparring, and cage awareness. All skill levels are welcome.
